One of the trees has fallen and it lies across the stream. The image shows the proposed site for a culvert that will be constructed as part of the relocation of Virginia State Route 43. The image was taken near where Virginia State Route 43 crosses Little Stony Creek, near milepost 86 and Section 1K of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Taken in January 1947. |
