Description

The Korean and Vietnam Wars memorial is dedicated to Iridell County citizens who were killed in action. It is a slab of granite approximately four-feet tall by three-feet wide and six-inches thick with a polished face holding the inscription and rough-hewn edges. It stands on a single granite foundation block.

The memorial is located in the Walk of Honor outside the Iredell County Hall of Justice off Constitution Avenue in Statesville, The Hall of Justice street address is 226 Stockton St, Statesville, NC 28677. The marker stands next to Iredell County World War I Memorial and Iredell County World War II Memorial.
