Washington, Feby. 2nd, 1786.
Sir:
I sometime last summer inclosed your Excellency a Copy of the account of duties received which I had furnished the Treasurer.
But as Mr. Hunt furnished me with a form how accounts should be made out I have drawn it, but from the 4th of July, 1784, to the 4th of December, 1785, to which date I have brought the enclosed. Would thank you to destroy the other or enclose it to me.I am with due respect,
