Present His Majesties Justices.
This May Certify that there Was a Resolve of the General Assembly
that the Wounded Soldiers in Each County should Have a pension according to their Wounds. The Court of Cartaret County is of an opinion that Charles Yeats should be allowed Twenty Pounds, Procl. money, and Thomas Casky fifteen pounds, According to the above Resolve.
