The Lords Commissioners for Trade and Plantations having lately received a Letter from Arthur Dobbs Esqre Governor of North Carolina dated the 31 of October last in which he represents the inconveniences arising from the want of a proper Officer of the Customs being established at Ocacock Inlet upon the Coast of that Province I am directed by their Lordships to send you the inclosed extract of so much of Mr. Dobbs' letter as relates to this matter, and to desire you will lay it before the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury.
