Upon reading at the Board a Report from the Right Honourable the Lords of the Committee of Council for Plantation Affairs dated the 18th of this Instant in the words following. Vizt

His Majesty this day took the said Report into consideration and was pleased with the advice of His Privy Council to approve thereof and also of the said Draughts of Instructions so amended and altered and to order as it is hereby ordered that the Right Honourable William Pitt Esqre one of His Majesty's principal Secretarys of State do lay the same before His Majesty for His Royal Signature.
