Samuel Strudwick Esqre to be of the Council of North Carolina.

Trusty and Welbeloved, we greet you well We being well satisfied with the Loyalty Integrity and Ability of our Trusty and Welbeloved Samuel Strudwick Esqre have thought fit hereby to signify to you our Will and Pleasure that forthwith upon receipt hereof you swear and admit him the said Samuel Strudwick to be of our Council in our Province of North Carolina in the room of Richard Spaight Esqre deceased and for so doing this shall be your warrant, and so we bid you farewell. Given at our Court at St James's the 20th day of February 1767. in the 7th year of our reign.
