His Majesty having been pleased by His Order in Council of the 4th of August last to refer unto this Committee several papers transmitted by the Governors of the Provinces of South and North Carolina to the Right Honorable the Earl of Hillsborough one of His Majesty's principal secretaries of State relative to a Boundary line proposed to be run between the said provinces The Lords of the Committee this day took the same into Consideration and are hereby pleased to refer the said papers (copies whereof are hereunto annexed) to the Lords Commissioners for Trade and Plantations, to consider the same and report their opinion thereupon to this Committee—
