At a Board of War 10th July 1777.
Members present Mr. Jno: Adams. Mr. Harrison. Mr. Wilson, Mr. Climer, Mr. S. Adams, & Mr. Duer.
The Board beg leave to Report to Congress.
That the Artillery Company in the State of North Carolina be taken into the pay and Service of the Continent as part of the Quota of the Troops to be raised by that State & be ordered to March & join Genl Washington.
