Kingston, 3d December 1778.
Sir:
Please to deliver Capt. Willis Wilson eight 18 pounders for the use of Fort Hancock, and if there are among the Guns purchased for the States, and received by you and Mr. Benberry any which will suit his ship, please also to deliver them.
I have not yet been favored with the account of the weight of the Guns, or any of your favors, since the return of your express, respecting the cannon.
