Sir:
Be so good as to issue to Captains Ingles, Bradley, and Montfort, Lieuts. Tatum and Hays and Surgeon Greene, Prisoners on parole for each,
Five Gallons Rum or Brandy,
Twenty pounds of Sugar,
Ten Pounds of Coffee,
to be charged to their respective accounts agreeable to Act or Resolve of General Assembly.
