Inclosed I send you a General Return of Delinquents and Deserters, which have recd. at this Post since I have had the command, also a Discriptive List of Deserters who have Deserted from this post. Would have wrote you much sooner had an opportunity your way have presented, we have no news, the recruits comes in but slow only to the amount of (torn out) as yet Joined, but we expect the whole of the Pitt men in today.
