Whereas an alteration in the collection of specific supplies has been made by the late General Assembly. You are hereby instructed to finish the contributions, ordered by the late executive and deliver the live stock intended for the Southern army as soon as possible at head quarters; and your pay and expenses shall be allowed and accounted for in the same manner as before the passing of the Act.
