Order'd that a letter be writ to the Govr of North Carolina signifying their Lordships pleasure that all the former Deputations, the old method of making & appointing the Council be revoked And that Mr Eden do immediately constitute a Council consisting of himself & ten Councillors as the custom is in his Majesty's other Colonies to be assistant to him in the administration of the government and to make up a part in the Legislature.
