Mr Duckingfield appear'd and desir'd to be made Secretary of North Carolina Mr Knight the Secretary being very ill
Order'd that the said Duckingfield be minuted to be made Secretary when the Lords shall be informed that Mr Knight is dead, he giving security for the due execution of his office.
