Answers to Interrogatories administered this third day of April Anno Domini 1750. to Mathew Rowan Esqre who being duly sworn on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God answereth and saith

To the first. That he does not know of any Agreement whatsoever.

To the second. That his said Excellency did not at any time or times prompt, advise or persuade this Respondent to commence any suit or suits against the said Henry McCulloh.
