Please Your Excellency

Sir:

I understand by the new arrangements that the Governor and Counsel is to Direct and point out the officers that shall March to Head Quarters aud as I have not been thare I am very Desirous to go. If His Excellency will please to appoint me I shall Take as a singular favour done me, If I should be left out I think I shall Not Be used well because I have a great desier to see Head Quarters and as it lies in the power of the Governor and Counsel to Direct I hope they will Not Leave me out.
