War Office, March 19th, 1782.

Sir:

You will please to deliver to the order of the delegates of North Carolina, from the Magazine in Virginia, One thousand Stand of Arms, one thousand pounds of musket powder, five hundred pounds of musket Ball, ten thousand musket cartridges, three thousand flints, and one thousand cartouch Boxes, for the use of the said State and for which it is to be accountable.
