          <item>Shoes from $1.50 to $3.00, according to quality.</item>
          <item>Shoes, French Calf Skin, from $3.50 to $5.00, according to quality.</item>
          <item>Boots, good Calf Skin, from $6.00 to $7.00, according to quality. </item>
          <item>Boots, extra French Calf Skin, from $8.00 to $10.00. </item>
          <item>Mending done on reasonable terms. </item>
          <item>Good Double Mattress, (with 10 pounds cotton,) $4.00. </item>
          <item>Good Single Mattress, (with 6 pounds cotton,), $2.50. </item>
          <item>Brooms, good, 25 cents. Extra from 30 to 35 cents.</item>
          <item>Cane Seating from 50 cents to $1.00.</item>
        </list>
        <p>In case of Shoes and Boots we guarantee a fit, and in all work satisfaction. Nothing but good material is used.</p>
