Farmers must change their practices when farming near a source of drinking water

Johnson discusses some of the specific concerns of a farming family that is concerned about having to change its practices to accommodate stricter regulations about farming near a drinking water source. Not only will a reservoir take much of their productive land, but they will have to worry about managing waste from their dairy cattle.
