Frustration with the Cane Creek project

Johnson expresses his frustration at some of the complications that arose as he and others were pushing Jordan Lake as an alternative to a Cane Creek reservoir. Investigators found some "seepage" that necessitated a long period of testing. Meanwhile, plans for Cane Creek were moving forward. A number of housing developments went up, and lakeside properties were anticipated. Johnson is also pessimistic that Cane Creek water will be as inexpensive and pure as OWASA claims.
