Responding to an influx of immigrants

Boone talks about the demographic shift that Mars Hill is experiencing, and how the community is trying to respond to the influx of residents. While there are some families moving to the community and looking for schools for their children, many of the new residents are retirees. Boone worries that Mars Hill is at a disadvantage because it cannot offer the kind of education other areas can. He believes that attracting industry and immigration is not always good.
