Maintaining a small-town feel in Mars Hill

To start revitalizing the downtown area of Mars Hill, Rapp teamed with a small-town development agency called HandMade America, which suggested erecting a gazebo to send a signal that they were serious about their revitalization efforts. The gazebo went up, and plants were also added.
