Praise for Mars Hill's leadership for buffering their town against the negastive effects of development

Rapp praises the foresight of Mars Hill residents and their eagerness to buffer themselves against the negative effects of development. Beautification is a balm for the discomfort of growth, and HandMade, a town development group, has been instrumental in that area.
