Complexities of receiving aid from the government

Aaron Cavenaugh refused a Small Business Administration loan for his antiques shop because the loss of his turkeys meant he would not be able to repay the loan. Aaron and Jenny did accept compensation and a trailer from FEMA, which they can continue using if they demonstrate that they are making progress in repairing their home.
