Many in need are refused compensation for lost property

The Cavenaughs, and Betsy Easter in particular, express their frustration that a lot of their neighbors are being refused compensation, whether by insurance companies or by out-of-touch politicians. The government appeared to be as ill-prepared as most local residents.
