Elberta saw the good in people during her stay in a shelter

Elberta Hudson notes that staying at a shelter after the flooding made her feel good because she "began to see the love of God in people." Truckloads of food, clothing, and other supplies arrived daily, and her one-year-old son took his first steps there.
