The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) helps the Hudsons

Thomas and Elberta Hudson were delighted to get such good treatment from FEMA, which furnished them with a temporary shelter despite the fact that they were renters. They are convinced that this was another way God showed his presence in White Stocking during and after Hurricane Floyd.
