Satan sent the flood, but God let it happen

Pickett discusses his response as a pastor to the flooding. He believes that God allowed the flooding to happen, but that the flooding was likely Satan's work. This passage clarifies Pickett's two-sided response to the flood—he sees both God and the Devil at work in the world.
