Faith in local aid networks

Johnnie Bratten emphasizes how important the Baptist Men's Association and his religious faith have been during the flooding's aftermath. He does not blame the government's inability to help for his reliance on local organizations, because he thinks the kind of people who participate in local relief efforts are the kind of people who founded America.
