The difficulty of getting a loan from the Small Business Administration (SBA)

Holland describes some of the frustrating bureaucratic acrobatics he had to perform in order to secure a SBA loan: property appraisals, legal fees, and insurance adjustments. Although he has done all that SBA requires, he is still waiting for a check.
