Leaving hog farming and the sand business

Larry Kelley describes leaving hog farming and his sand business at the same time, around 1980. Hog prices were falling, the recession was slowing construction, and even golf courses that bought sand for sand traps were cutting costs by delaying sand trap refreshment.
