Coping with flooding, during and afterward

Larry Kelley describes his personal experience during the flooding. He tried to keep his refrigerators running so he wouldn't lose too much food. He moved some clothes to high spots in the house, grabbed his guns, and took his truck to higher ground. He recalls feeling helpless because he was unable to offer assistance to others fleeing the floodwaters. Now he is planning to tear down his home and is trying to find people to buy his business equipment.
