To repair the
Steward's
Hall
it will require to be newly weather boarded and shingled and most
of the window, frames, sash and doors new also — the Frame of the House
is in good condition.
The Out Buildings consist of kitchen, Poultry House, Smoke House,
and Negro House which can be put in keeping with the
Hall
by making small repair.
The probable cost of repairs, including painting the
Hall
and white washing the Out Buildings, say eight hundred dollars.
The above is respectfully submitted to the
Board of Trustees —
University C.H.July 22, 1836—
Thos. A. Waitt,
Spndt.
