Capt. Shelton, who contracted with Mr. Hopkins to make the door & window frames for the principal building here having completed the same, called on me for a Certificate to that affect. The frames have all been recd. — as I have had no other agency in this business than merely receiving the work, I cannot report on the balance due here if any.
