Gentlemen,
Our charges for Making Designs Working Drawings specifications and giving
superintendence is 5 per Cent on the estimated Cost of Work, and for Making
duplicate Drawings and superintendence two per Cent. At such rates we are
willing to undertake your proposed improvements. As we are about to open a
Branch Office in Raleigh one of the Firm will be able to give the work during its
progress a close supervision and be on hand to supply any minor Drawings reqd. We are Gentlemen
