We had a storm Saturday the 20th, almost
amounting to a tornado. The tin roof of the
New East
building was taken off. I have had the old tin replaced as well as it could be
done. The
Phi. Library & the Hall below are liable to be
much injured, it will require immediate attention.
It might be best that you should send MrLaws down to estimate what is best to
