Grove</name> a a member of the <name key="name0000107" reg="Board of Trustees" type="organization">Board</name> shall arrive at <name key="name0000867" reg="Philadelphia, PA" type="place" rend="yes">Philadelphia</name> this <name key="name0000107" reg="Board of Trustees" type="organization">board</name> request <name key="pn0003078" reg="Grove, William Barry" type="person">M<hi rend="sup">r</hi> Grove</name> to make such purchase and transmit the Aparatus to the <name key="name0001146" reg="University of North Carolina" type="organization">University</name> and that for this purpose and defraying the expence thereof. </p> <p>Resolved that <name key="pn0003078" reg="Grove, William Barry" type="person">M<hi rend="sup">r</hi>. Grove</name> be impowered to draw on the Treasurer of the <name key="name0001146" reg="University of North Carolina" type="organization">University</name> for a sum not exceeding One hundred Dollars and that the Treasurer pay such draft.</p> <p>Resolved that a Surveyors Compass <pb id="unc04-02-p02" n="185"/> Chain and Set of Instruments be also purchased by <name key="pn0003078" reg="Grove, William Barry" type="person">M<hi rend="sup">r</hi> Grove</name> on addition to the articles which <name key="pn0001796" reg="Williamson, Hugh" type="person">Doctor Williamson</name> was requested to purchase</p> <p>. . .</p> </div1> </body> </text> </TEI.2>
