                    <p> Res<hi rend="sup">d</hi>, that should a case of sickness similar to that
                        which existed in the <name key="name0001146" reg="University of North Carolina" type="organization">University</name> during the last fall occur before
                        the end of the ensuing session, the Principal Professor shall employ the
                        best physician within his reach to give medical assistance to such Students
                        as may be diseased at the expence of the <name key="name0000107" reg="Board of                             Trustees" type="organization">Board</name>, observing to require of him
                        a Separate bill against each, to the end that the <name key="name0000107" reg="Board of Trustees" type="organization">Board</name> may be enabled
                        to claim a reimbursement from their parents, and that the President of the
                            <name key="name0000107" reg="Board of Trustees" type="organization">Board</name> be requested to publish this resolution three weeks in the N.
                        Carolina Journal.</p>

                    <p>Res<hi rend="sup">d</hi>, that <name key="pn0000399" reg="Davie, William                             Richardson" type="person">Gov. Davie</name> and <name key="pn0000702" reg="Haywood, John, Sr." type="person">M<hi rend="sup">r</hi>
                        Haywood</name> be appointed a Committee to receive proposals for the
                        Stewardship between the present time and the meeting of the <name key="name0000107" reg="Board of Trustees" type="organization">Board</name>
                        in December next, that they be empowered to advertise for that purpose,
                        &amp; that any person inclined to undertake shall be required to exhibit
                        a Bill of daily fare to the <name key="name0000107" reg="Board of Trustees" type="organization">Board</name> with the expence attending<pb id="unc06-13-p02" n="2"/>it and the price of boarding each Student at
                        Commons.</p>
