Mr. Johnston from the Committee to whom were referred the petitions of the
Gentlemen lately expelled from the University, Submitted a Report which was read and concurred with.
Mr. Blount then moved that Mr. Samuel McCulloch,

two of the gentlemen who were waiting the
determination of the Board, should be sent for and requested to
attend.— Shortly after Mr. McCulloch
