The Journal of the Executive Committee for the past year was submitted & approved & the following named persons appointed to compose said committee for the ensuing year: viz. Govr Graham

Be it ordained &c:
That the price of board at the several boarding houses in the village shall not exceed Ten Dollars a month: and the Faculty are hereby authorized & instructed to prohibit any student from boarding at any house when this price is exceeded.

be allowed the sum of Fifty Dollars as a fee for professional services rendered in aiding the Solicitor of the State for Orange Superior Court in prosecuting certain offenders for misdemeanors committed at Chapel Hill.
