Mr. Robinson offered the
following resolution which was adopted:
Resolved That the committee appointed at the last meeting be
authorized in addition to the powers given them to take an appeal to the
Supreme Court of the U States, if they deem such course
advisable.
On motion of

it is the sense of this meeting that
Mr. Haywood be continued
as counsel.
