The Board proceeded to enquire into a complaint exhibitted by Philemon Hawkins against William Tabb, Thomas Bell and Henry Hill Esquires Magistrates of Bute County for Malversation in their Office. But Mr Hawkins having produced no proofs in support of the charge they were honorably acquitted.
