Isaac Edwards Esquire produced a Deputation from the Reverd and Honorable Robert Cholmondeley Esquire, Surveyor and Auditor General of His Majestys Revenues in America together with his [letter] to the Treasury and their Lordships approval, at the same time Mr Edwards took the Oaths of Office and subscribed the Test.
