Agreeable to the notice of yesterday the Freeholders met at the Court House and elected Cornelius Harnett, Archd Maclaine, John DuBois, John Dunbibin, John Kirkwood and Hereld Blackmore to serve in Committee in place of James Walker, William Campbell, Samuel Campbell, Andrew Ronaldson, John Quince and John Robeson who declined serving.
