My Disagreeable Situation in being a Prisoner & Confined now, five months, to the almoste Ruen of my famaly will I hope, have some weight with you, Especally as I am Ready & Willing to take the Oaths Directed to be taken, & having no other Desire but to become a Deserving Member of the State. Mr Coor, one of the members of the Honorable Council, promist me to Write in my behalf and Send you some Letters. I wrote some time since, but the Council being Removed, I had no Opertunity before this, of Laying my Petision before you.
