Present.
The King's most Excellent Majesty in Council.

Whereas there was this day read at the Board a Report from the

Right Honourable the Lords of the Committee of Council for plantation affairs dated the 3rd instant humbly offering to His Majesty for his Royal approbation Draughts of additional Instructions prepared by the Lords Commissioners for Trade and Plantations for the Governors of the provinces of North and South Carolina directing them to appoint Commissioners for settling the boundary Line between the said Provinces—His Majesty taking the same into consideration was pleased with the advice of his Privy Council to approve of the said Draughts for additional Instructions which are hereunto annexed and to order as it is hereby ordered that the Right Honourable the Earl of Hillsborough one of His Majesty's principal secretaries of State do cause the same to be prepared for His Majesty's Royal Signature.
