PROCLAMATION FOR CONVENING THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

A PROCLAMATION.

Whereas, the General Assembly did not Meet pursuant to their last adjournment, and therefore no place is appointed for the meeting, thereof after the Next annual general Election, I do therefore by, and with the advice and Consent of the Council of State, appoint the Said meeting to be at Hillsborough on Tuesday, the Second day of April Next, when the punctual and early attendance of the Nembers is absolutely Necessary.
