RESOLUTION OF CONGRESS.

In Congress Assembled,
May 27th, 1782.
Resolved:
That, inasmuch as business of the greatest consequence is often
delayed or retarded for want of a sufficient representation in Congress, it be and is earnestly recommended to the States which are at present unrepresented, immediately to send delegates to Congress and to all the States to keep up a constant representation.
