GOV. THOS. BURKE TO COL. BURTON.

Halifax, 26th Febu., 1782.

Sir:

You will receive from Major Bennett Crofton one hundred & fifteen Muskets & Bayonets, the same which you heretofore delivered to him, and deliver him one Hundred & Forty-one stands of those brought from Virginia for the State Regiment.

You will Cause all Necessary Repairs to be Made so that the Stands be Compleated.
